for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. (II Tim 1:7)
Fear is a paralyzing spirit that keeps people bound in many areas of their lives. This spirit manifests itself in numerous ways: fear of rejection, hurt, authority, career, dying, sickness, failure, the future, responsibility, being alone, what people think of you, poverty, hell, satan or demonic things. Any and all of these fears must be broken in the name, power and authority of Jesus.
In the name of Jesus, I release myself from all fears, including: childhood fears, fears from trauma, my past or generationally passed on fears. (Now name your specific fear(s) and release them to God.) Amen
